Supporting families and people who live with disabilities, is a real passion for Timeless Care. Providing real person centered support that makes a difference to the lives of the families that we support, is a true honour. That is the reason why we started this business, and why we do what we do with such pride.
I am Mariette Rademeyer, the owner of Timeless Care. My whole life, I’ve been in the position of caring for people. However, I never looked at it as a ‘job’ because it is my natural being to look after others. Getting a formal qualification in Disability has been the best thing I’ve ever done in order for me to do what I was meant to do with respect for my clients and community at the forefront of my mind when I built this business from the ground up.
We, as a family, have been fortunate to have lived and worked all over the world. So we have a unique view of diversity and inclusion as we’ve lived in a number of different cultures, and have always made a point of immersing ourselves into the culture of where ever we find ourselves.
Originally hailing from Africa, living in the UAE and then moving to Australia, has been fortunate. Now, we call Australia home. And as such, I am very passionate about building a team of workers who embodies the very ethos of diversity and inclusion that I am so passionate about.
